Information you choose to provide

BrokerDad may receive information you send directly by email, phone, or a consultation request. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, passwords, or mortgage documents through ordinary email or site contact links.

Mortgage applications

Mortgage applications and supporting financial documents must be submitted through the secure Future Home Loans application system linked from this site. That system is separate from BrokerDad and is subject to its own privacy and security practices.

Interactive tools

Most calculators and self-check tools operate in your browser and are not mortgage applications. The Mortgage Mock Interview uses the information you submit—including contact, scenario, and interview responses—to create and protect a readiness pass, conduct the interview through BrokerDad’s service providers, support session recovery, and generate your readiness report. Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, or financial documents into the practice interview.

Technical information

The hosting platform and service providers may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, diagnostics, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

Site analytics

BrokerDad uses first-party analytics to understand visits, page usage, traffic sources, tool engagement, site performance, and actions such as scheduling a call or opening the secure mortgage application. The analytics system assigns random browser and session identifiers and may record the requested page, referring website, campaign tags, general device category, approximate country, state or region, city, engagement time, scroll depth, and page-performance measurements.

BrokerDad does not use this analytics system to record IP addresses, advertising identifiers, or the financial values entered into calculators and mortgage tools. Analytics are skipped when a supported browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. BrokerDad does not sell personal information or use advertising cookies.

Children

BrokerDad is written for adults and families but does not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13.
